AN INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION VISIT SNS SIGNED DOU

A foreign delegation consisting of Mr. Jiwei Shen, the Vice President of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China along with his team members Dr. Shuang Wenthing, Dean International Affairs and Prof. Zhengliang Xue, Dean Materials and Metallurgy School visited SNS, NUST to explore various research collaboration possibilities. The Vice-president Mr. Jiwei Shen from WUST and Prof. Azad Akhter Siddiqui from SNS, NUST chaired the meeting at School of Natural Sciences along with the faculty present at SNS. After a brief introduction from both sides, possibility on various aspects of research collaboration including students and faculty exchange, availability of scholarships for students on both sides as well as submission of joint research projects were discussed. Later, the delegation was led to the pro-rector (Acad) office for DoU signature ceremony in the presence of HoD Mathematics Dr. Tooba Feroze, HoD Research Dr. Meraj Mustafa and focal person of the DoU Dr. Syed Rizwan Hussain. The visit was concluded after detailed discussion with pro-rector (Acad) Dr. Asif Raza over lunch and agreed to implement the DoU in a more effective way.​
